My approach

My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

I use approaches like:
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and distressing experiences
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression
• CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) to support sleep and recovery

My approach is also trauma-informed, meaning we move at your pace and prioritize:
• Emotional safety
• Nervous system regulation
• Building tools before going deeper
