Superbills & Reimbursement
A superbill is a standard industrial document that provides the necessary information for insurance companies to process out-of-network claims. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill to you upon request at the end of each month. You can then submit this to your provider for potential reimbursement. Please be aware that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is ultimately determined by your specific insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I reserve a limited number of spots for sliding scale clients based on financial need. If the standard fee feels out of reach, please feel free to ask about current availability for these spots during our initial consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time to another person who may need it. Sessions missed without notice or cancelled late are typically charged the full fee of the session.
Is the initial consultation free?
Absolutely. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is a gentle opportunity for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if my approach feels like a good fit for your journey.
